Hey guys, we recently travelled to this amazing city, Agra. It was on our bucket list for quite sometime and I’m so happy we could finally make it. Agra, no doubt is known for the iconic Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world and we were taken aback to see it’s sheer grandeur. But you know there is much more to this city than just the Taj Mahal. So let me take you to all these beautiful places through this article and show this charming old city.
Helloooo people! How’ve you been? So after countless DMs, emails, messages on how I edit my photos, I’m all excited to spill the beans. I also remember asking you on my Instagram stories and how you wanted me to cover this one asap! You don’t have to be a professional photographer but must know the basic clicking and the art of editing, because that’s where the magic lies, right? Well, you’d get to know as you read further. Though, it can be quite daunting at the onset but with practice you can get the hang of it and trust me once you learn it, there’s no looking back.
So after getting locked in for about eight long months, road trip to the ‘Golden City’ Jaisalmer came in our lives like a blessing! Mere imagining ourselves on the highway with music on, uninterrupted snacking and fun along the way was giving us thrills! Come on, we all know how travelling started to seem like a distant dream during the lockdown. So, when it happened we were bound to go berserk. Moreover, the boy’s moving orders had come and we were to move to a new location so we didn’t want to leave without exploring the neighbourhood.
Travel! Did you say travel? How does it feel like? Don’t we all feel the same these days? It’s been centuries ago that we travelled anywhere! I mean who’d have ever thought that something like this would occur, it’s so unreal, straight out of a sci-fi movie, isn’t it? Unfortunately, it’s true and all we have right now are the memories of all the adventures and travels that we took once upon a time, sigh! There’s no secret that COVID-19, the global pandemic has turned our lives upside down, upended businesses especially the travel & hospitality industry, shattered economies, made people lose their jobs affecting their livelihood, with countries going back by so many years and what not!
I’ve summed up my favourite attractions and spots in the Nilgiris which will leave you enthralled. And what do you do when you’re surrounded by the lushness of tea gardens all around, the gurgling tiny rivulets, birds chirping, the leaves rustling and clouds perpetually blanketing the area? Well you go out and soak in the beauty of nature, Isn’t it?

I wanted to experience hostels but the prospect of it always seemed daunting. Being sceptical about the safety and a sucker for little luxuries in life, my heart didn’t brace the courage until recently. And ever since I watched Kangana’s movie Queen, hostels for me meant dorm like rooms with bunk beds, communal bathrooms(Well not really comfy with that). However, many hostels are rather plush and even offer a few private rooms in addition to traditional shared rooms.
