Hey guys! I hope everyone is well and staying healthy. Quarantine has been an adventure to say the least- as I imagine it has been for a lot of people! Also, these days it’s very tempting to sit on the couch all day watching Netflix and binge eating. I think in these difficult times when unchecked and unmonitored things seems pretty convenient , we must take care of our health. A healthy diet is particularly important now than ever before. Regular exercise and proper food will not only help you build immunity but also keep your weight in check.
I’ve summed up my favourite attractions and spots in the Nilgiris which will leave you enthralled. And what do you do when you’re surrounded by the lushness of tea gardens all around, the gurgling tiny rivulets, birds chirping, the leaves rustling and clouds perpetually blanketing the area? Well you go out and soak in the beauty of nature, Isn’t it?
