Hello, how’re you doing? Hope you’re staying safe and doing well. I think, now more than ever, it’s the time to show ourselves some love and self-care. We can’t control what’s happening in the world but we can certainly control how we treat ourselves. In this post, I’m going to share my go-to workout routine and other healthy habits which I’ve been following for a few years now. Living a healthy and balanced lifestyle is not something that happens overnight. Change occurs slowly over time with each small step you take. Every time you’re choosing fruits and veggies over fries, you’re making progress. Every time you choose lime water over coke, you’re making a change. Each day you put on your trainers to go for a walk or run, you’re taking a step forward. Focus on each small step you’re taking towards your ultimate healthy lifestyle. I love staying active and think that’s the only way to stay fit. I mean come on, you can’t sit and dream for a miracle to happen. You won’t automatically become healthy. You need to work for it and be committed. So, let’s dive into it right away.
Hey guys! I hope everyone is well and staying healthy. Quarantine has been an adventure to say the least- as I imagine it has been for a lot of people! Also, these days it’s very tempting to sit on the couch all day watching Netflix and binge eating. I think in these difficult times when unchecked and unmonitored things seems pretty convenient , we must take care of our health. A healthy diet is particularly important now than ever before. Regular exercise and proper food will not only help you build immunity but also keep your weight in check.
I’ve summed up my favourite attractions and spots in the Nilgiris which will leave you enthralled. And what do you do when you’re surrounded by the lushness of tea gardens all around, the gurgling tiny rivulets, birds chirping, the leaves rustling and clouds perpetually blanketing the area? Well you go out and soak in the beauty of nature, Isn’t it?
Do you often struggle to get up in the morning? Well I know how difficult it is to leave that comfy bed when you’ve to go to work and by hitting the snooze button you make it even more difficult! For you’re hardly left with any time and the whole world seems to be standing in your way!
I am yet to meet anyone who says I am happy being overweight. And those who struggle with their weight, I have seen that the dressing room is one of the few places where the reality check takes place and the bubble bursts!
